Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die…

So, the general studies courses start tomorrow for me. This should give me what I need to continue my education with Computer Engineering! I’m very excited about this. It’s what I’ve needed for so long. It’s not that I haven’t been happy thus far but now I will be happier. I’ll be doing something that I enjoy, even more than cooking. I’m a nerd, computers are my life. I love them. I love to create and I love to interact with computers. I’ve had a computer since I was 10. I remember the huge floppy drives. I have memories of Dungeons and Dragons on the old box playing with the sad little joystick and the crappy graphics. Those were the days! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t know as much as some people but I know enough to get by and do what I need to do and sometimes do for others. What I don’t know now, I will know once I’m in school for it. Duh, it would kind of stupid if I didn’t…

I really want to donkey punch my Sister at the moment. She ran off with my phone! She thought it was hers and she came in and jumped in my bed. My Mom took a picture of us with her two boys (she has 3 more, but one is a girl) and it’s horrible. I look like I’ve been up for a week.

I guess we made it back to Mars safely!

ScienceDaily (2008-05-26) — A NASA spacecraft has sent pictures showing itself in good condition after making the first successful landing in a polar region of Mars. The images from NASA’s Mars Phoenix Lander also provided a glimpse of the flat valley floor expected to have water-rich permafrost within reach of the lander’s robotic arm. The landing ends a 422-million-mile journey from Earth and begins a three-month mission that will use instruments to taste and sniff the northern polar site’s soil and ice. Read more….

It’s somewhat exciting! It’s better than hearing what the red “eye” on Jupiter is. I’m so tired of hearing the same stuff over and over. You’re probably thinking the same thing about reading my blog. It probably seems like I do nothing but complain but that would be untrue. I’m just very critical. Someone once told me I would be the world’s next great critic. I ended up being a modified homo! I guess it’s a fair trade, I’m happy with it.

The thunder rolls…

Mother Nature is about to unleash 40 hells worth of rain. I can’t wait! I keep seeing the flashes of lightning and then the gentle rumble of the thunder. I’m also enjoying the mating habits and birthing process of chameleons. I never figured that the eggs would lay underground for a year. I always figured the mother would stick around and they would ride on her back! Hah, yes I’m lame like that. I never thought they would be underground either. I guess I should just stop thinking while I’m ahead. More later, possibly…

I probably blog a little too much but it’s almost like documenting my life on a daily basis. It could be useful if 30 years down the line I have some sort of memory loss and I would like to see what I used to do. I don’t guess this would be around for 30 more years. I think I’ve lost enough entries on other websites as it is. Now is as good of a time to start as any. I feel lame for even thinking that way. My life will probably eventually be surrounded by computers and the internet. I don’t see why I couldn’t do it…

SOMEWHERE—in desolate wind-swept space—
In Twilight-land—in No-man’s-land—
Two hurrying Shapes met face to face,
And bade each other stand.

“And who are you?” cried one a-gape,
Shuddering in the gloaming light.
“I know not,” said the second Shape,
“I only died last night!”

Hours of unsocial fun!

Well, I’m really waiting for Ninja Gaiden II to come out. It’s a game I love and can’t wait to get my hands on. I’ve already done all the damage to GTAIV as I can. I think 88% completion is just fine with me. Another game that didn’t have a chance was Devil May Cry 4! I’m also anticipating the arrival of Gears of War 2 along with Resident Evil 5. I read there’s also supposed to be a new Silent Hill game but I’ve never gotten into that whole series. It just never appealed to me. I’m pretty pissy about God of War 3 not coming to the Xbox console but I never expected it to. I think as of now, it’s only available on PSP. I guess a boy can dream.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I’m watching, “The Paper” on MTV. I don’t know why I even stopped on this. It’s caught my attention. It’s funny to see shit from High School but I don’t think I should be this interested in watching it. I should be getting my new plugs in the mail soon. They’re 1-7/8″ – So close to 2″ again! I’m very excited about this. Monday starts a new chapter in life also. I  start some general studies classes. It should help me get into a good school for technology/computer related work. I’m really shooting for a game developer type of job but I would be just as excited doing some general programming, graphic design, etc.

I feel more gay than I ever have for saying this but I would love to go see the “Sex and the City” movie. I absolutely loved the series. Rich, bitches tromping all around New York City, having the time of their lives. I guess it could be worse…

Amazing painting by Shannon Larratt

The amazing painting above is by Shannon Larratt. I’ve always been quite fascinated with him. He’s always got something good to read over on his blog and he ran one of the most amazing websites that I’ve ever come across online. It’s full of so much, if it’s you’re thing… Alas, life takes it’s toll and now he’s on to other ventures. I’m quite excited to see what he does next. Well, I guess that’s all from me for the night/morning. I think it’s time I go to bed.
